120 Grams Boneless Chicken

5 Grams Black Pepper

Pinch of White Pepper

Salt to Taste

1 TBSP Chilli Sauce

Pinch of Testing Powder

1 TBSP White Vinegar

60 Grams Corn Flour

40 Grams Maida

1 Egg Whole

Cooking Procedure

n n Make batter with Egg, Maida and Corn Flour.n n Take the Diced Chicken in a bowl and add Chilli Sauce, Pepper, Testing Powder, White Powder, Coriander, Salt and mix well.n n Add prepared batter to the mixed chicken bowl and mix again.n n Once the batter is well applied to the chicken, deep fry and serve hot.nnn  n
