Ingredients

125gms White Flour

1 Whole Egg

pinch of Salt

1 Table Spoon Olive Oil

1/2 Tea Spoon Chopped Garlic

2 Tea Spoon Chopped Onion

Pinch of Dry Oregano for Flavor

1 Tea Spoon Olive Oil

3-4 Cherry Tomatoes

2 Florets of Braccoli

2 Florets of Cauliflower

1 Fancily cut Small Carrot

A Spring of Parsley (for garnishing)

1 Table Spoon Butter

Cooking Procedure

n Pasta Dough nn n Take a mixing bowl and add White Flour, Olive Oil, Egg, Salt Seasoning to it.n n Make a dough out of it, kneed it properly. Pasta dough should be little bit tough.n n Take a wet cloth and cover the dough with it and keept it aside for 30 minutes.n n After the wait, dust the dough with corn flour and roll it with hand roller.n n Make a fine sheet by rolling the dough and cut the surrounding of the dough.n n Now make ribbons with the sheet using a scale and pasta cutter / knife.n n Dust it again with the corn flour and keept it aside.nnn Pasta Preparationnn n Boil the Pasta in 1 litre of water adding a pinch of salt and a spoon of fresh oil. If required add some organic color to the boiling pasta.n n Boil it for 5 minutes until it is decently cooked. Ensure that it is not over cooked.n n Drain it and keep it aside.n n Cut and Boil the exotic vegetables.n n Heat Olive Oil in a fry pan and add chopped Garlic, chopped Onion, Herbs. n n Saute the ingredients for around 2 minutes on slow flame & then add the exotic boiled vegetables to it.n n Saute the mixture, add some butter and the boiled Pasta.n n Add the seasoning (salt, pepper, herbs) and toss it well.n n Transfer it to the serving plate and garnish with Seasoned Cherry Tomatoes on top & Parsley sprig.n n Ribbon Pasta is ready to be served hot.nn
