Ingredients

300 grams Fish

1/2 TBSP Mustard Paste

Salt & Pepper to Taste

3 Lemon Wedges

20ml Oil

1/2 TBSP

2 TBSP Orange Juice

3 TBSP Tomato Juice

1/2 TBSP Capsciso Sauce

1 Sprig Cilentro

Boiled Vegetables of Choice

Cooking Procedure

n n Marinate the Fish Fillet with Oil, Mustard Paste, Salt, Pepper, Lemon Juice and Chopped Garlicn n Grill the marinated fish both the sides and keep aside.n n Add Tomato Sauce to a frying pan and the Capsico Sauce, Orange Juice. Mix well and season it with Salt, Pepper and keep aside.n n Keep the grilled fish on a plate and arrange boiled vegetables of choice around it like in the picture. Place sauce in front of the fish and garnish with coriander.nnn  n
