Ingredients

400gms boneless Chicken Breast

1 Green Capsicum

1 Yellow Pimento

1 Red Pepper

1 Red Tomato

1 Medium Onion

1/2 tbsp Salt

1 tbsp W Sauce

1 tbsp Capsico Sauce

1/2 tbsp Chilli Flakes

1 tbs Chopped Garlic

30ml Cooking Oil

250gm Boiled Rice

1 tsp Soya Sauce

1 tbsp Red Chilli Paste

2 Bamboo Skewers

Cooking Procedure

n n Dice the Chicken Breast into cubesn n Add Chicken Breast, Soya Sauce, W. Sauce, Salt, Oil, Capsico Sauce, Chilli Flakes, Chopped Garlic, Red Chilli Paste to a bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for 1-2 hours.n n Cut the Peppers, Tomatoes, Onions like Chicken Cubes. Marinate the peppers in Salt, Oil, Chilli Paste & W Sauce for 10 minutes.n n Heat up the griller. Grill the marinated vegetables and keep aside.n n Grill the Marinated Chicken Cubes until Chicken begins to change its color.n n Thread the Chicken and Peppers alternatevily on Bamboo Skewers.n n Saute the Boiled Rice and add some seasoning.n n Arrange the flavoured rice nicely on the plate and place the Skewers on tope of  rice. Garnish with sprig of Parsley and serve with spicy tomato sauce.nn
