About Recipe

This recipe was adapted from my biscuit scone recipe~~they were just so good that I decided to adapt a little and see if they would work baked in a canning jar. My original idea was to fill them part of the say, have them bake and still have enough room at the top to put a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients

rice flour

sugar

unsweetened cocoa

baking powder

baking soda

sea salt

Espresso instant coffee

eggs

buttermilk

sweetened condensed milk

Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
