For those of you whove read my Apple Picking post from earlier this week, youd know I have a lot of apples at home, waiting to be cooked or eaten. An apple a day, they say, but I am not about to simply eat them raw for 24 days straight! No no no no no. thats not how I roll.
It’s May, the seasons are changing and it’s just about time for the blueberries to hit the market. The berry season is one of my favorite things about being in Oregon over the summer months and one of the reasons I look forward to returning to Oregon soon.
