Hi, I’m Michelle. Welcome to Vitamin Sunshine, where I blog about healthy food and healthy lifestyle.I’m obsessed with creating inventive, produce-heavy meals, and sharing my creations with others to show them how amazing healthy can be. My recipes are allergy friendly (peanut & soy free), gluten free, and mostly lactose free (I use yogurt and occasionally cheese, because I tolerate both well). I also experiment with making desserts and treats with the lowest amounts of sugar possible, and use natural sweeteners like honey, molasses, dates, and bananas.
