Every year, around this time, I start to yearn for all of the bright, beautiful produce that spring and summer have to offer. Don’t get me wrong, I love squash, kale, oranges, and pomegranates, but the vivid bounty of warm weather harvests is nearly impossible to outshine. Peaches, peas, melon, asparagus, blueberries…the mouth-watering litany abides.
