With the New Year right around the corner, many of us will set goals to live a healthier life in 2015. Overall health starts with what we put into our bodies. There is no getting around this fact, so I am hoping to once again strive to eat all natural, whole foods. I have done really well on Weight Watchers® in the past, and love their Points Plus® system. That is what inspired me to make this 3 1/2 Minute Baked Apple and Raisins that really does taste better than apple pie!
