Pico de Gallo with Sour Cactus Fruit
Unique variation of pico de Gallo, from the community of Don Francisco, Guanajuato. Classic pico de gallo is an uncooked salsa/dip prepared with plum tomatoes, onion, cilantro, serrano Chile, and lime juice.
I wasn't ever a huge fan of American Jell-O, but I was always down for almond jelly. Luckily, this is super easy to make. You can eat it as is, or mix it with a variety of ingredients.
