About Recipe

Compared to eating out, a simple meal at home is healthier, cheaper and appreciated by the family. After all, as far as I know, cooking is rare these days. Well, women are no longer in the kitchen but in the air-conditioned rooms making decisions. Actually I shouldn't assume it’s only the woman who cook. My guy friends cook as well. They like to cook whereas their wives won’t come close to the kitchen except to eat. Doesn't matter who cooks for the point is back to square one. Eat healthy and eat as a family.

black pepper seeds

cumin seeds

shallots

garlic

tomato

sprigs curry leaves

fresh turmeric

tamarind juice/or lime juice

gingerly oil/or like you olive oil
