About Recipe

It's true. You can have your cake and eat it. Don't get me wrong, this recipe for chocolate fudge cake is by no means zero calories but baked at the weekend and eaten in small doses as a treat for doing well is just what I suggest for helping to satisfy those sweet cravings you might be missing on your diet. If your not on a diet, it still just as yummy! Having been reading a lot of diet/healthier eating books recently I have found that the one way you can enjoy cake on a diet is by swapping out some of the fat for Greek yogurt. To me, you can notice a slight difference in the texture of the cake compared to those made with butter however if you tasted it and didn't know I don't think you could tell the difference. But onto the main event - please enjoy my low(er) cal chocolate baking treat. My gift to all those dieters out there who like me deserve their chocolate fix and don't want to feel guilty about it!
