Baked pork-chops with salad and cauliflower mash-potaotes

Ingredients

For Pork Chops

1 package of thin pork-chops

1 tbsp ground/fresh pepper

1/3 of soy sauce

For Mash

1 whole cauliflower

1 tbsp of butter

Cooking Procedure

n n n For Mash potatoesn n n Break apart pieces of cauliflower and steam until soft. In a pot mesh the cauliflower, and butter together and add a dash of salt. (Sea salt preferably)n n n n n For Pork-chopsn n n Marinate pork-chops in soy sauce (low sodium) and press the fresh pepper firmly into the chops. Lay on foil or tray and let it bake for 20-25 minutes.n n n n n For Saladn n n In a medium mixing bowl toss lettuce chopped cherry tomatoes, and parmesan and add your dressing of balsamic and oil.n n nn
