About Recipe

There is something comforting and beautiful in simplicity. And it doesn’t get any simpler than this dessert. Strawberries, cream, sugar, orange and vanilla. In about 30 minutes and you have an airy, velvety dessert. And when served in some martini glasses, I think pretty darn impressive. And what a fun name for a lovely dessert ~ Fool. We can thank the British for this dessert, although the name seems to have its origins in France. Fool is derived from the French word foulé which means to press or crush referring to the crushing of the fruit ~ I used a blender to accomplish this task.
