About Recipe

Chili is the perfect beer and football treat for me and these little cherry bomb chili bites sit right at the top of that tree for me and I will be spending my Saturday afternoons sat in the garden with a cold beer and a load of these and the dulcet tones of the BBC coverage of the football. Back in the UK I would have always gone for potato crisps (chips for those of you not in the UK) or nuts, but the Hungarian love of pickled nibbles has certainly rubbed off on me and now as far as I am concerned a jar of these and some soft cheese dips are my ideal snack food. These cherry bomb chili are roughly around the same sort of heat as a jalapeno pepper but they have an almost bitter sweet flavour that works wonderfully for pickling.
