Cake similar to a light cheesecake. Delicious baked with cashew nuts on the bottom of oatmeal and nuts. Delicious dessert with the addition of banana and pear.

Ingredients

½ cup oatmeal gluten-free, ground slightly

½ cup chopped nuts (ex. Pecans)

a handful of dates soaked in hot water

n All ingredients mix together using blender. Put on the bottom of greased tin. Put in the fridge.n
