About Recipe

Healthy and nutritious snack with bananas, peanut butter, cocoa and coconut flour. They satisfy cravings for sweets.

Ingredients

3 medium sized bananas (ripe, they can be even black)

½ cup peanut butter or almond

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa (gluten-free)

2 tablespoons coconut flour

Cooking Procedure

n Put bananas into a bowl, mix to mush, add the remaining ingredients, mix.nn Warm up the oven at 360 degrees F (180C). The form 20x20cm oiling fat (eg. coconut oil) or lined using baking paper. Put the dough into form.nn Bake Brownie about 20 minutes, after cooling, cut into bars.nn Enjoy!n
