Ingredients

2 cups ragi flour.

1/2 cup chopped onions.

2 chopped green chillies.

2tbs chopped coriander.

1/2tsp salt or adjust to taste.

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Add chopped onions,green chillies,coriander to ragi flour.nn 2. Add salt and mix like chapati dough with hot water.nn 3. Add water in small quantities,so that the dough will not become too soft.nn 4. If u like add a tsp of blueberries or anyother crushed drynuts to enhance taste,this is optional.nn 5. Divide the dough into equal parts and make medium size balls.nn 6. Heat a griddle or tawa,add a tsp of oil.nn 7. On a polythene sheet or ziplock bag,place the ball and press it with ur palm.nn 8.If u find it hard to spread, wet ur hand and try.nn 9.carefully place this on tawa,cover and cook for 3min on medium heat,nn 10.Flip it and again cook for 2 min on the other side too.nn 11.Serve hot with tomatoe or sweet chilli sauce.n
