About Recipe

quinoa is an amino acid-rich (protein) seed. In addition to protein, quinoa features a host of other health-building nutrients. Because quinoa is a very good source of manganese as well as a good source of magnesium, iron, copper and phosphorus, this "grain" may be especially valuable for persons with migraine headaches, diabetes and atherosclerosis.

Ingredients

1 cup quinoa

1 tsp cumin seeds.

salt as per taste.

1tsp grated ginger.

1/2 cup chopped onions.

1tsp chopped green chillies.

1 carrot, grated.

1tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

oil.

Cooking Procedure

n 1.wash quinoa thoroughly to remove any bitter residue.nn 2.soak in water for one hour.nn 3.after soaking put quinoa in a blender/grinder and grind smoothly,adding water.nn 4.consistancy should be similar to dosa batter.nn 5.Add salt and cumin seeds.nn 6.mix onions,ginger,chillies,carrot,coriander leaves in a bowl.nn 7.heat griddle on medium heat and put laddle full of batter.nn 8.spread the batter evenly  in circular motion and add oil around the corners.nn 9.sprinkle onion, carrot  mixture on dosa evenly.nn 10.flip dosa carefully and heat on the other side too.nn 11.serve hot with chutney of ur choice.n
