Ingredients

1cup onions,cut into small pieces.

3/4cup chopped tomatoes.

4 red chillies.

2 cloves garlic.

salt to taste.

1/4tsp turmeric.

1tsp tamarind paste.

1tsp coriander seeds.

1tsp cumin seeds.

2tbs oil.

1 spring curryleaves.

1/2 a tsp each urad dal,chanadal,cumin and mustard seeds.

Cooking Procedure

n 1.Add onions, tomatoes,garlic,red chillies,turmeric,salt,tamarind,coriander and cumin seeds to a blender or mixie jar and blend to a fine paste.nn 2.Heat oil in a kadai and tamper with cumin,mustard seeds.nn 3.after they start spluttering,add chanadal,urad dal and curry leaves.nn 4.add the above blended mixture to this and cook on low flame till it looses raw odour.nn 5.take off the heat and serve with dosa.n
