About Recipe

After returning home from a day away we had little time to prepare dinner. We had some wonderful Italian fig jam in the frig and mixed it with some port wine to make a delicious sauce for our bone-in pork chops. We added the asparagus and in 15 minutes had this delicious meal.

Ingredients

2 bone in pork chops

2 T fig jam

2 T port wine

1 bunch of asparagus sprinkled with garlic powder and black pepper

Cooking Procedure

1
