Every year we celebrate St. Patrick's Day. We do this because it is a good opportunity to eat something that we don't normally cook. We also do this on many other ethnic holidays. Anyway, this year we decided to do a green dessert using Creme de Menthe and vanilla yogurt.

Ingredients

3 ounces of green Creme de Menthe

1 pint of softened frozen Vanilla Yogurt

1 chocolate wafer

Cooking Procedure

n Put softened vanilla frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream in a blender.nn Add the Creme de Menthe and blend.nn Put in the freezer to refreeze the yogurt or ice cream.n
