Konnichiwa everyone! I have had a lot of willpower this week and have been sticking to my healthy diet but eating celery and hummus everyday as a snack has become quite boring. So since I’ve been good, I thought I would treat myself by baking some soft and sweet Japanese cake for afternoon tea called Castella, or Kasutera. It is so delicious and since it can be customised to virtually any flavour, there’s no risk of me getting bored when eating it.
