100 gms Whipped Cream

1/2 Tea Spoon Gelatine

2 Table Spoons Maskarpone Cheese

100 gms Sugar

2 Crushed Good Day Buiscuits

Cooking Procedure

n n Add Whipped Cream to a Big Bowl and beat it well with a whisk.n n Add melted Gelatine water to the Whipped Cream.n n Add Mascarpone Cheese and mix well all the ingredients.n n Add Crushed Good Day Buiscuits to a  Bowl and add the mixture above it. Keep it in the refregirator.n n Now for garnishing, reverse a bowl and on top of it make thin tread like layers with thick Sugar Syrup (caramel) around it in a zig zag way.  After 2 minutes or when cool, remove the bowl from the ness carefully.n n Put the Ness on the Chilled Panna Cota.nn
