Ingredients

150 gms Chicken

Chili Powder to Taste

Salt to Taste

1 Chopped Tomato

1 Chopped Onion

2 Chopped Chilies

2 Dry Chilies

4 Garlic Cloves Chopped

1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala

2 Table Spoon Oil or Choice of Butter

1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Stem Curry Leaves

1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder

Cooking Procedure

n n Heat Oil or Butter in a Pan and add Chopped Garlic, Onion. Saute until Onion turns brownish.n n Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Chopped Tomatoes, Dry Chili, Green Chili and Curry Leaves.n n Mix well and Add Chili Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder. Mix and add Chicken.n n After the chicken is half cooked, add some water and let it cook well. n n Add Garam Masala and cook until gravy turns thick enough to your taste.n n Garnish with Coriander and take off the flame.nn
