I really enjoy cooking for me own family and friends. Particularly when I am on holiday because that’s when I have the time to create. My holiday cooking isn’t usually terribly elaborate.  The focus is often seafood and I love just finding what’s around me and creating dishes from that – making do – making a lot out of a little. The term for a holiday home in some parts of New Zealand is a Bach – hence the name Bachology.
