Ingredients

500gms cleaned Prawns / Shrimps

1 Small Red Pepper

1 Small Yellow Pepper

1 Small Green Pepper

2 Onions

1 tsp sliced Garlic

1 tsp of Red Chili Powder

Salt & Pepper to taste

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Cooking Procedure

n n Cut Red, Yellow & Green peppers into big triangular piecesn n Cut each Onion into 4 pieces from top and separate the layers.n n Heat 1 tbsp Olive Oil in a pan and add cleaned Prawns to it, let them cook on low heat until water from prawns oozes out.n n Increase the heat & add Red Chili Powder, Salt to the Prawns.n n Turn off the heat when water in Prawns is completely obsorbed and are reasonably cooked.n n In another Pan add remaining Olive Oil and saute the Onion Layers, Garlic slices, cut Red, Yellow & Green Peppers.n n After the vegetables are partially cooked add Prawns to the mixture.n n Add Salt & Pepper (add more to make it spicier) to taste, and mix well.n n Cover the pan with lid and cook on low heat until vegetables & prawns are  well cooked.nn
