Ingredients

1 Small Cauliflower

3 Medium Sized Carrots

1 Cup of Fresh Green Peas

10 Cups of Chopped Spinach

1 Cup of Chopped Dill Leaves

2 Tea Spoons of Sliced Garlic

2 Table Spoons of Olive Oil

Salt to Taste

Red Chilly Powder to Taste

1 Medium Sized Onion Sliced Vertically

Cooking Procedure

n n Cut Cauliflowers into small sized flowers and cut Carrots into fine small squares. Clean them with water and keep aside.n n Add sliced Onions, Garlic to hot Olive Oil in a wide pann n Wait until Onion turns slight golden brown color and add finely chopped Dill Leaves. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.n n Add Cauliflowers, Carrot pieces, Green Peas and cook until the vegetables are half cooked.n n Add Salt, Red Chilly Powder and mix well.n n Add Spinach to the mix and let it cook until ll the vegetables are well cooked on low to medium heat.n n Wait for the water in Spinach to be completed absorbed or increase the heat fot that to happen after the vegetables are cooked.nnn  n
