Ingredients

1 large Banana

½ cup of Flour

¼ cup of roasted Hazelnuts

¼ cup of roasted Hazelnuts

1 cup of Vegetable milk

½ cup of dried Coconut

2 tbsp of Honey

1 tsp of Baking Powder

1 tsp of Coconut Oil

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Start by mashing the bananas with fork and mixing all the ingredients except the flour and coconut oil nn 2. Mix the ingredients nicely to make a consistent dough nn 3. Grease the pan with coconut oil and and make small, rounded pancakes cooking them in 3 to five minutes on medium heat nn 4. Serve with strawberries or your favourite fruit on top and maple syrup. n
