Have a big family dinner? Blow their minds away with this amazing authentic style chicken stew. Just please don’t forget to have a large bread for the wonderful sauce at the end of the pot.
Cut all the vegetables in bite pieces, but not too small.
Heat the olive oil in a pot, place the chicken thighs inside the prior after salting and peppering them from both sides. Cook until golden brown from both sides.
Take the thighs out of the pot and place the potatoes inside. Let them brown on the chicken fat and repeat with all the veggies
When finished, add the butter to the pot, the diced red onions, garlic and minced red chillies. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it roast for 2 minutes.
Put all the veggies and potatoes back in and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
